1. What this page covers
Sphin Media is the studio brand operated by Assur Media, a UAE Free Zone Company registered under the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park Free Zone Authority, Registration No. 9978. Assur Media is the contracting party, and all commercial and legal correspondence is issued under Assur Media.
On this page, "we" and "us" mean Assur Media, trading as Sphin Media, and "you" means the person or organisation using this website. This page is about the website itself and the limits of what the information on it can be used for.
2. No professional advice
The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
If you need advice on a regulated matter, including the advertising rules in your sector or your market, take it from a qualified professional. Reading this site does not create an advisory relationship between you and us.
3. What we do not promise
Sphin Media describes the activities we carry out and the deliverables we produce. We do not guarantee results. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, return on investment, search rankings, patient numbers, or clinical outcomes, and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of any of them.
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your capacity to serve the demand that reaches you, and the service your own clients receive. Our commitments are about the work and its timing, not the outcome it produces.
4. Portfolio and concept work
Work shown on this site that is concept or sample work is clearly labelled as such. It was produced to demonstrate a capability and is not presented as client work.
Where client work is shown, it is shown with that client's permission. Showing completed work in our portfolio is opt-in, not automatic, under the portfolio permission in our Usage Rights and Licensing Schedule, and a client may withdraw that permission at any time.
Do not use the work shown in our portfolio. The work shown here is protected by copyright. Rights in client work belong to the client concerned. Rights in our own concept and sample work belong to Assur Media. Nothing on this site gives you any licence or right to copy, download, reproduce, adapt, republish, redistribute, or use any of it, in whole or in part, for any purpose. If you want to use something you have seen here, ask us first at contact@sphinmedia.com and we will tell you whose permission is needed. This does not affect any use that the law expressly permits without permission.
5. Healthcare and regulated advertising
Sphin Media produces marketing material for clinics and healthcare businesses. Responsibility for obtaining any regulatory approval required for that advertising rests with the client, as the holder of the relevant healthcare licence. We do not hold a healthcare licence and we cannot obtain an approval in your name.
Nothing on this site is, or should be read as implying, pre-approval by any regulator.
Sphin Media does not collect, receive, store, or process patient or health data. If such data reaches us by mistake, we do not use it, and we return it or securely delete it.
6. Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI tools in production: ElevenLabs for voice, video, and music, ChatGPT for image generation, and ChatGPT and Claude for ideation and analysis. A person reviews every AI output before it reaches you and remains accountable for it. We tell clients where AI has been used in their work, and we confirm our AI use on request. We do not enter client personal data into these tools.
For rights purposes, AI-generated and AI-assisted elements are treated on the same basis as third-party assets. We do not state that such an element is protected by copyright, or that anyone else is prevented from producing something similar. The full position is in our Usage Rights and Licensing Schedule.
7. Third-party links and external content
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. If you follow a link away from this site, that site's own terms and privacy notice apply.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, content changes, and part of the site may be out of date when you read it. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any fault will be corrected immediately.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the total price of that engagement. For a retainer, it is limited to the total price payable for the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing on this page limits or excludes liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for wilful misconduct, or any other liability that the applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
This does not remove any right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement. Where the law of your market gives you a statutory right that applies and cannot be waived, for example a return, withdrawal, or cancellation right, that right applies in addition to this page.
10. Governing law
This disclaimer is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at legal@assurmedia.com and we will try to resolve it with you directly. If we cannot, the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a right you have to bring a claim in your own country where the law of that country gives you that right and it cannot be waived.
